According to informed sources, and citing the major Japanese newspaper, the Panasonic will soon announce details of an offer to buy the majority of Sanyo shares of three major investors who are holding about 70% of the shares of Sanyo.
Completion of the deal would mean that Panasonic will take control of Sanyo, which according to talks its main purpose is the desire of Panasonic to develop its work in the manufacture of batteries to be shipped depending on solar energy and is the area of herbs with which Sanyo.
